Baby Steps provides an all encompassing approach to your overall well-being. From nutrition guidance to achievable workout programs, we are committed to helping you achieve your goals. We offer mental health and self-care resources, such as tick lists and meditation, to support you on your journey.

What We Provide 

“Moments of peace” - Follow along with the warm, calming glow, breathing in and out. Perfect for re-regulating during stressful days or managing pain during labour.

During pregnancy is the perfect time to start working your pelvic floor but it’s never too late.

You’ll find a series of workouts for each trimester and your postnatal period no matter how old your baby is. You’ll find anything from a walk around the block to a follow along timed workout to get the blood pumping.

Here you’ll find a load of banging recipes safe to eat during your pregnancy. They’re packed full of goodness to ensure you and baby are getting all the nutrients you need to be strong during labour and for baby to grow. But, they’re great for introducing new foods to your kids too!
