Superfood Tahini Salad

  • 1.Make the dressing by blending all the dressing ingredients. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
    2.For the salad, toss all of the salad ingredients in a bowl and drizzle with the tahini dressing.

    8 radishes, thinly sliced

    ½ lemon, juice
    2 tbsp. tahini
    1 tsp. honey
    2 tbsp. water

    1 garlic clove, minced
